  1. Hello fellas,

I’m from the north of Mexico and I’m still a huge fan of the Crawl album. I discovered that album in a 1992 edition around 1993 (more than 30 years back!). It blowed my head.

In a time where I didn’t knew what math rock was, I remember that in a mexican magazine your album where cataloged as “grunge” (ha, ha). At that time I was pretty much into Voivod, Therapy?. Pitchshifter, Treponem Pal and others, and I though this album fit in very well among these bands.

The guitar work is awesome, the rythm section on every track is superb and the vocalist have that that quality of suppressed fury and, in a way, calculated tension in every word.

Now that I think about it, for some strange reason, I remember listening to this album quite often alongside *The Confident Rat* by Ignorance.

This album is important for me. I takes me back to those days when I was at the beginning of college and I was starting my band and dating girls. My friends and I used to jump and slam around with many of these songs and I listened a lot on my way to college.

I never found another recording from you. I know that there were another album (as far as I know) but I’ve never listened. By now I, I still got my Crawl copy in digipack. Curiously enough, last week I take it from my cd collection and I’ve been listening when I take my daughter to college. Sign of the times.
